Josh is the Land Protection Specialist at Teton Regional Land Trust. He works with willing landowners to draft and negotiate conservation easements, which allow for farming and ranching on properties but permanently restrict the type and amount of future development. Josh also evaluates and administers community and landscape-level land protection projects and will contribute to conservation plans for priority landscapes in the Land Trust service area.  Josh received his B.A. and M.A. in American History from Jacksonville State University.  Before moving to Teton Valley, Josh worked as the Director of Land Protection for Alabama and Georgia Land Trusts.

In his free time, he enjoys hiking, backpacking, fishing, and spending time with his wife and their dogs.
