TRLT Receives Generous Donation from Pro Guide Direct
Teton Regional Land Trust recently received over $800 from Pro Guide Direct’s Gear Summit and 2012 International Fly Fishing Film Festival. The well-attended event was held on May 5, 2012 in Victor. The Gear Summit included casting competitions, gear demos, nonprofit booths and casting lessons. The film festival full of world-class movies was held that evening. All profits were donated to Teton Regional Land Trust, Teton Valley Trout Unlimited and Friends of the Teton River to further their missions.
Teton Regional Land Trust will use the funds to continue preserving important fish and wildlife habitat and agricultural lands in eastern Idaho. Chet Work, Executive Director, stated, “We greatly appreciate Pro Guide Direct donating their time and energy for such a great event that will help fund local nonprofits. Business donations are critical to our success and we admire their generosity.”
